Meilenstein has been established by Wolfgang Spenke, a very experienced hotelier and restaurateur. More than 20 years in the industry have taken him from Germany to France, to London and eventually to Scotland. Managerial positions have included work with Terence Conran Restaurants London, The Atlantic Bar & Grill London, The Landmark London, Andrew Fairlie’s Michelin-starred One Devonshire Gardens, and latterly as a Director of Balbirnie House, one of Scotland’s most successful country house hotels and a top wedding venue for Scotland.
For the last two years, Wolfgang has helped a variety of businesses to improve performance despite challenging times. Previous clients include Mar Hall Golf and Spa Resort, Ballathie House Hotel and various different projects in association with RGA Consulting.
